FANTAZY DRESS hire costumes for a 48 hour period,the prices for each costume is obtainable by ringing the premises on either 01302 831973 or 07958032233.  A returnable deposit is asked for on each individual costume,provided the costume is returned in the condition it leaves FANTAZY DRESS premises a full deposit will be returned. If the costume/costumes are not returned at the time specified a £10 penalty fee will be asked from the cutomer for every 24 hours it is late returning.

Costumes purchased from FANTAZY DRESS are not eligible to be returned for a full refund,unless there is a fault on the item,exchange of a costume is welcome for 14  days after purchasing.

All payments to FANTAZY DRESS  is asked to be payed in cash only.

When a costume is reserved for a future date the deposit must be payed as soon as possible to guarantee the booking.  If you need to cancel your booking there will not be a problem if it cancelled upto 3 days of you needing the costume,a full deposit will be refunded.  If booking is cancelled after this time then unfortunately there will be no refund on the deposit.

FANTAZY DRESS understands that accidents do happen, i.e spillages of drinks,if there is evidence of this happening in the form of a stain on the costume that is returned,it may result in the returnable deposit being held until the costume has been laundered,to make sure the stain can be removed,once the stain has been removed you will be contacted to collect the deposit.  Any permanant damage to the costume e.g rips,tears,cigarette burns etc will also result in a non returnable deposit.

ONCE A COSTUME IS HIRED,PAID FOR AND HAS LEFT THE PREMISES,ALL HIRE FEES BECOME NON RETURNABLE

A declaration form will be asked to be signed agreeing to the terms and conditions.

* No Returns will be accepted between the 11th October 2013 and 15th November 2013. *
